Participant Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

Event: AutoFreude Festival 2026

Organizer: AutoFreude LLC

By registering for and participating in AutoFreude Festival 2026 ("Event"), I acknowledge and agree to

the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that participation in the Event is voluntary and that I am choosing to participate at my own

risk. I acknowledge that the Event involves motor vehicles, pedestrian traffic, outdoor activities, and other

conditions that may present hazards, risks, and dangers that cannot be completely eliminated.

2. Assumption of Risk

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event, including but

not limited to:

• Personal injury

• Death

• Property damage

• Vehicle damage

• Theft

• Loss of personal property

• Acts of other participants, spectators, vendors, contractors, or third parties

• Weather conditions

• Roadway, parking lot, or surface conditions

I understand that these risks may arise from known or unknown causes.

3. Vehicle Responsibility

I certify that any vehicle I bring to the Event:

• Is owned by me or I have permission to operate and display it.

• Is properly registered and insured as required by law.

• Is maintained in a reasonably safe operating condition.

I accept full responsibility for the operation, parking, display, movement, and security of my vehicle and

any property contained within it.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue:

• AutoFreude LLC

• AutoFreude Festival

• Deer Valley Resort Company, LLC

• Alterra Mountain Company

• Event sponsors

• Vendors

• Volunteers

• Contractors

• Employees

• Officers

• Directors

• Agents

• Event staff

(collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses,

actions, causes of action, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in the Event,

including any and all claims of negligence.

Without limiting the foregoing, this release includes claims arising from personal injury, death, property

damage, vehicle damage, or economic loss.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims,

demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and claims

of negligence, arising out of:

• My actions or omissions;

• The actions of my guests;

• My vehicle; or

• My participation in the Event.

6. Compliance with Event Rules

I agree to:

• Follow all Event rules and instructions;

• Follow all directions from Event staff;

• Operate my vehicle safely and responsibly; and

• Refrain from reckless driving, burnouts, racing, excessive revving, or other dangerous conduct.

I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund.

7. Photography and Media Release

I grant the Released Parties permission to photograph, film, record, and/or otherwise capture my image,

likeness, vehicle, voice, and participation during the Event.

I grant the Released Parties the unrestricted right to use such content for promotional, marketing,

advertising, social media, website, and future event purposes without compensation.

8. Event Modifications and Cancellation

I understand that AutoFreude LLC reserves the right to:

• Modify Event activities

• Adjust schedules

• Change Event locations within the venue

• Cancel or postpone the Event due to weather, safety concerns, governmental action, force

majeure events, or circumstances beyond its control

Registration fees may be non-refundable as described in the Event registration terms.

9. Medical Treatment

In the event of injury or illness, I authorize emergency medical treatment deemed necessary by

emergency responders. I understand that I am solely responsible for any resulting medical costs.

10. Severability

If any portion of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain

in full force and effect.

11. Acknowledgment (Accepted during the checkout process)

I acknowledge that:

• I have carefully read this Agreement.

• I understand its contents.

• I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights.

• I voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions.
